About

I’m Nathan Sinclair, an innovative and detail oriented UX/UI Designer with over 15 years of design industry experience. I have expertise in visual design and apply UX methodologies and user centered best practices to create useful and delightful products.

I am currently employed in the Financial Services industry where I work on new consumer and enterprise products, as well as growing existing ones. My experience includes working with small startups and large-global companies, as well as running my own studio, where I worked on digital and print design projects, ranging from complex rebrands to website builds, for B2B and B2C companies across diverse industries. My areas of expertise include: in-depth knowledge of UX methodologies, user-centered best practices, product strategy, digital and print typography, deep Wealth Managment and Financial Services experience, securing stakeholder buy-in, storytelling and project management.

I received my Bachelors degree in Communication Design from Emily Carr University (ECU) and a Master's degree in UX Design from Maryland Institute of Art (MICA).

Away from my desk, you'll find me adventuring through the Northeast with my wife and two children, or browsing the aisles of a record store.
